Located in the beautiful town of Sóller the restaurant Ca’n Pintxo has created itself a great reputation for their pintxos. The restaurant opened in 2011 and is driven by a group of young professionals who have since built up a good restaurant serving pintxos and tapas using only Balearic ingredients.
The restaurants invites to a relaxed but vibrant atmosphere. You can select from cold and room temperature pintxos and you take as many as you like and share with your dinner company. Eating pintxos is a great way to make the dinner experience more diverse and it allows you to try out as many (mini) dishes as you can!
Each type of pintxo has a colored cocktail stick and you pay using the color scheme system (each type of pintxo has a color and at the end of the dinner you pay the collection of sticks you have collected). It is a fun way of eating out!
The food is freshly-made and well-presented and we like the fact they promote local products not only in the pintxos and tapas but also in the wine they serve. The food is modern, tasty and is good value.
