Pollensa has two beaches with the main beach located south of the harbour. Pollensa beach is the larger and wider beach. It stretches almost one and a half kilometer and alongside you can find a pedestrian road lining up restaurants, bars and shops.
Lifeguards are in attendance and there are sunbeds and parasols available to hire for the day. Here you can also find variety of water sports and the waters are perfect for snorkeling and for SUP (Stand up paddling).
The smaller beach is known as Voramar beach but the official name is Albercutx. It runs from the north of the marina in front of the Pine Walk. Behind the beach there is a small pedestrian area that follows the beach where you can take stroll and visit the restaurants and bars.
The beach is narrow and it gets busy in the summer months, but it is never noisy or too busy.
From both of the beaches there is an impressive view of the mountains on the Formentor peninsula.
