On this day the Pumpkin Fair is celebrated. The fair also goes under name of Fira de sa Carabassa and started off as a traditional autumn farming fair but has over the past years turned into a traditional event where pumpkins have taken the centre of attention.

You will enjoy a small but lovely fair with contests giving prices for the biggest pumpkin and you will be able to taste different dishes made out of pumpkin. Local bars and restaurants are serving pumpkin snacks and treats.

Apart from the fruit which has given the fair its name, you will also find other products here such as crafts, antiques, etc.
